The purpose of this post is to make you realise that how important it is to wake up early that can make miracles happen in your life.

And, how important your role is in making things better by ruling yourself and shine in the crowd.

Let's begin.

Ever seen people taking up early morning walks and doing exercises? How will you, if you yourself are not awake! Ever listened to a person talking about going for running the next morning? How will you, because you yourself are least interested!

Ever seen sunrise? How will you, if you only like to sleep.
Ever dealt with a situation in which you were not able to complete the work which you were to do that particular day? All of us have!

I am sure most of the people will find it difficult to read further after thinking about the above questions. Reason? They don't want to feel embarrassed of themselves. They want to make themselves comfortable. They want to take themselves to the zone where they'll find nothing.

That's what we all want. I also want that comfortable zone.
I wish everyone should get their comfortability zone but not while sitting at home but with the hard work, sweat, resolution, struggle, failing and falling.

 I don't know how one can feel happy by getting success without moving out of the box!

This is the point that you can get into your heads by waking up early. Because it becomes the first struggle of the day if you decide to wake up early. And, this first struggle will be the proof of self-development that you are trying to improve yourself and adding a step further to "lead your kingdom", that is, "you yourself!"

When I adopted the habit to wake up early, it was the most difficult task I have ever experienced. Yes, it really was! But then, I read a quote which says:

"Everything is difficult in the begining, messy in the middle and wonderful at the last."     

I got my motivation here. I got the point to go through the difficult and messy part to get where I want. And, I decided to make it a habit to wake up early because habits lasts longer.

Now what can we do so early in the morning?

Well, you can follow your own routine and practise if you wish to but I insist you to follow 20/20/20 rule for 1-2 months in the morning itself.

So that, you get an idea of how your day will look like after practising the rule.

What does 20/20/20 rule says?

It says that between 5 to 6 am, divide the time  into 20 minutes each for each task to be performed. And, the tasks consists of:

20 minutes- Exercise
20 minutes- Planning your day
20 minutes- Feeding mind

20 minutes - Exercise
Now, exercise makes our brain healthy and fit as we know but the amazing thing is that during workout, dopamine, the harmone of joy and serotonin is released which actually makes us feel happy.

Invest some money on the skipping rope or have a quick run or jog down the street or any park to let the sweat flow out from your body for the harmones to be released. Even the jumping jacks fullfil the role.

20 minutes- Planning your day
Plan the things you want to do in this particular day. Sit down with a journal and write down the tasks to be completed, so that everything is done at the end of the day and nothing is left. With this you will get the best out the day and make the day more productive.

With that cover all your goals to be achieved in this month, this year and your lifetime goals.

So, it will be easier for you to perform the task according to your schedule and you no more need to wander around to know the things you need to get done as everything will be ready in the platter to be served.

20 minutes- Feeding mind
By reading a few pages of a book, or a self development books, you are making your mind more adaptive to knowledge.

Spending 20 minutes in reading something good really brings amazing results as in the morning your brain have incredible amount if power which when utilised in some productive thing(reading) brings productive results.

Be persistent and regular in following this rule to see the incredible results. Persistency is the only promise required to perform 20/20/20 rule which help you to make a habit of waking up early easily in the morning with the passage of days.


 I personally have experienced the feel of happiness by following the 20/20/20 rule and it really feels awesome while it leaves the face with a smile for rest of the day and this particular rule made me woke easily in the morning nowadays after a regular practise.


Now, you might ask a question that, how early you want me to start? The answer is, as early as you can. If you wake up at 9 make it 8. If you wake up at 8 make it 7. If you wake up at 7 make it 6. And, if you wake up at 6 make it 5. Make it as early as you can.

The question arises, why?

The reasons are that you can:


1. STRETCH THE DAY
You'll get the chance to make the day more productive and as long as you can think off with a perfect plan in your journal.

"There is enough time to sleep when you are no more and no one will even disturb you at all by that time."

Moreover, the simple and best tactic one can follow to wake up early is eating early. It is old saying but really effective though.

Robin Sharma also emphasise to boycott eating after 7 pm  because it really helps one to wake up early in a easy manner.

Try this tactic several times from tommorow onwards because procastination is not the solution at all. Logically, when you do not eat after 7 pm you fall into deep sleep and you gets the quality sleep.
